What do Club Solitaire Member’s receive upon ordering a Club Solitaire based subscription plan

Club Solitaire member’s receive a Welcome Kit within twenty one (21) days of commencement of subscription. The Welcome Kit consists of a Welcome Letter, Redemption Coupons (the number of coupons is based on your subscription tenure and publication/s chosen), Club Solitaire membership card, Solitaire Offers Guide, Solitaire Offers - Voucher Booklet & Joining Voucher/s (The Joining Voucher denomination is based on the subscription tenure which will be specified during the online ordering process)

What is the ‘Solitaire Offers – Voucher Booklet’?

The Club Solitaire Booklet of Vouchers is a small pocket sized Solitaire Offers – Voucher Booklet. The Savings Guide clearly indicates the offers against which Vouchers will be required. This booklet is required only when redeeming the Club Solitaire offers manually via the Club Solitaire membership card.

What is Club Solitaire Joining Voucher?

Club Solitaire Joining Voucher is an exclusive one-time use voucher which is a part of the Club Solitaire offering. The Club Solitaire membership card discount and the Joining Voucher offer cannot be clubbed together. All the Joining Vouchers have associated Terms & Conditions; please go through them before redeeming the voucher/s. The Joining Voucher denomination is based on the subscription plan and tenure selected and the voucher should be redeemed within the specified time period

How to avail the Club Solitaire benefits

a. Go through the Club Solitaire Offers and familiarize yourself with the various Club Solitaire Partner Brands & their offers

b. The list of Club Solitaire Offers is available in this site under ‘Participating Brands’ , on ABP Connect (the Mobile App) as well as in the Solitaire Offers guide which will be sent with the Welcome Kit

c. Simply present your Club Solitaire membership card before Billing

d. Some of the Brands will require a cut-out of the voucher (from the small booklet of vouchers) to be presented along with the Club Solitaire card

Is it possible to club the discount offered by Club Solitaire with other promotions and/or discounts

Club Solitaire offer/discounts cannot be clubbed with any other promotions and/or offers. Only one offer can be redeemed at a time. For e.g. if the Brand is running a sale/promotion – Club Solitaire members will have to choose which offer would they like to avail

What are Black-out dates? Why can the Club Solitaire offers/discounts/vouchers not be redeemed on these days

Club Solitaire has a list of Black-out dates on which the discounts/offers are not valid. All the major festivals and special occasions are a part of the Black-out day list. The details of the Black-out days are available in the Club Solitaire Offers Guide, on this Website and on ABP Connect

How do I use/redeem my Club Solitaire Joining Voucher?

The Club Solitaire Joining Voucher is a one-time use voucher. Club Solitaire members will have to handover the Joining Voucher and the Club Solitaire membership card or show the Voucher Coupon Code generated on ABP Connect at the outlet upon their arrival. The establishment will adjust the discount amount and present you with the bill. However, before you plan to use the Joining Voucher, we request you to please read the voucher carefully to avoid visits on a black – out date (days on which the voucher is not valid) and any specific minimum purchase related clauses

What do I do if I lose/misplace my Joining Voucher?

The physical Joining Voucher/s once lost or misplaced cannot be replaced

What do I do if my Joining Voucher has expired? Can the Joining Voucher be revalidated?

We regret that the Joining Voucher once expired cannot be revalidated. The Joining Voucher should be redeemed within the date specified on the physical voucher or on ABP Connect

How to use/redeem my vouchers from the Solitaire Offers – Voucher Booklet?

The Voucher Booklet is required only when redeeming the Club Solitaire offers manually via the Club Solitaire membership card. The selected Voucher should be torn from the Booklet of Vouchers and handed over along-with the Club Solitaire membership card before billing. However, before you plan to use any Voucher, we request you to please read the Brand offer carefully to avoid visits on a black – out date (days on which the voucher is not valid) and any specific minimum purchase related clauses. All vouchers in the booklet are one-time use and the offer will not be made available only upon presentation of the card. The vouchers cannot be redeemed without the Club Solitaire membership card.

Can the Solitaire Offers – Voucher Booklet be replaced in case it is misplaced/lost?

The Voucher Booklet once lost or misplaced cannot be replaced.

Can the Club Solitaire discounts and offers by quoting the Club Solitaire membership number without presenting the Card and/or the Vouchers/ showing the Coupon Code generate on ABP Connect?

It is mandatory to present the Club Solitaire card for Card-based offers and the Club Solitaire card plus the Voucher for Voucher-based offers or showing the Coupon Code generated on ABP Connect (in case the Mobile App is being used to redeem the offer). The Club Solitaire Partner establishments will be unable to extend the Club Solitaire offer just by quoting the membership number.
