Standard Terms and Conditions

The following standard terms and conditions apply in relation to your participation in the t3-Club Solitaire Membership Programme of ABP Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ABP”). The Terms and Conditions are binding upon the members.

1.       The offers can neither be exchanged for any other gift or equivalent.

2.       The offers are not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

3.       The offers are not transferable and have to be availed using the t3 Mobile App or a valid Club Solitaire Card and/or Voucher(where specified)

4.       Please inform the outlet that you would be availing the offer, before the bill is made.

5.       ABP. Pvt. Ltd. shall not vouch for the quality or quantity of the product or service offered at the outlet.

6.       ABP Pvt. Ltd would deem to include its Subsidiaries and/or affiliates and/or group companies hereinafter referred to as “ABP”.

7.       Club Solitaire Member would mean t3 Mobile App Users, Primary Cardholders as well as Add-on Cardholders (where applicable) and /or any other category of member which ABP may decide from time to time and hereinafter referred to as the “Member”.

8.       “Club Solitaire Usage Partner” or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner” means the partners of ABP for the “Club Solitaire Usage Partner or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner” providing their products and/or services at promotional special rates/discounted rates/free facilities to the members.

9.       “Club Solitaire Membership Programme” means the promotional special rate/discounted rate made available by the “Club Solitaire Usage Partner” or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner” for their products and/or services to t3 Mobile App Users, Primary and/or Add-on Cardholders of the Club Solitaire, during the Club Solitaire Membership  Programme offer period as mentioned here below in India, whereby the Club Solitaire Members can avail of the services and/or products of the “Club Solitaire Usage Partner or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner”.

10.   Club Solitaire membership programme can be availed of only by the subscribers of Anandabazar Patrika, The Telegraph, The Telegraph In Schools (TTIS) or Telekids holding valid Club Solitaire Membership Cards or t3 subscription plans) and /or any other category of member which ABP may decide from time to time and hereinafter referred to as the “Member”.

11.   The member shall directly avail the services and/or purchase the products of the “Club Solitaire Usage Partner” or “Club Solitaire Usage Enrolment Partner”. ABP does not accept any responsibility, whatsoever for the delivery, service, suitability or quality of services and/or products purchased by you from the “Club Solitaire Usage Partner or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner” and further, ABP does not provide any warranty nor guarantee for the products and/or services provided by the “Club Solitaire Usage Partner or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner” under the Club Solitaire Membership Programme. ABP shall not be bound in any manner whatsoever for non-payments by the members to the “Club Solitaire Usage Partner or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner” for the services and/or products availed by the member. ABP is further not liable for any non-delivery or shortfall or deficiency in services and/or products provided by the “Club Solitaire Usage Partner or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner” and specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose.

12.   ABP and “Club Solitaire Usage Partner” or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner” reserve the right to make changes and/or modify and/or terminate any of the offers and/or services, anytime at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning reasons.

13.   The member at the time of usage of the t3 Mobile App, membership card or voucher or coupon must present a valid code generate on the t3 Mobile App or the original Club Solitaire Membership Card and/or Coupon and/or Voucher, whenever applicable, prior to redeeming the “Club Solitaire Usage Partner” or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner’s” offer for the product and/or services under the Club Solitaire Membership Programme.

14.   The Club Solitaire membership programme offerings are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged against cash.

15.   By availing any/all of the Club Solitaire membership offerings, the member has accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions and those of the respective “Club Solitaire Usage Partner” or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner”.

16.   For details of the Club Solitaire Membership offerings, please contact the individual “Club Solitaire Usage Partners” or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partners” on the telephone numbers given. Discounts/offers, mentioned in the Club Solitaire website and offers section of the t3 Mobile App can neither be clubbed with any other offers or promotion(s)/offer(s) of the Usage/Enrolment Program Partners nor can two coupons (wherever applicable) of the Club Solitaire Programme Partners be redeemed on the same day.

17.   ABP shall not be liable for any lost, misplaced or stolen Club Solitaire Membership Card or Coupons and/or Vouchers and the aforesaid items once issued shall not be re-issued and ABP shall not be liable to make good any loss that the customers may have suffered due to loss or theft of the Membership Card or Coupon or Voucher.

18.   In case of any dispute in respect of the Club Solitaire Membership Programme offerings, the decision of ABP and/or respective “Club Solitaire Usage Partner or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner” shall be final and binding upon the member.

19.   Any dispute/matter arising out of or in relation to the Club Solitaire Membership Programme offering is the subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent court(s) in Kolkata alone.

20.   The member shall identify and hold harmless, ABP and its respective officers, directors, agents and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys’ fees made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law, rules or regulations or rights of the “Club Solitaire Usage Partner or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner”.

21.   The Member shall have no authority to bind ABP in any manner whatsoever.

22.   Club Solitaire Membership Programme offerings are valid only up to the validity of the subscription period or such earlier date as mentioned by the “Club Solitaire Usage Partner” or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner”.

23.   Club Solitaire Programme offerings are not valid on festival days, special promotions, public holidays, bank holidays linked to weekends or as specified by the “Club Solitaire Usage Partner or “Club Solitaire Usage and Enrolment Partner”.

24.   ABP shall not be responsible for any server or interface related issues of the t3 application during the t3 subscription period due to reasons beyond its reasonable control (for t3 subscribers).

25.   The t3 application usage will incur data or internet charges as per the subscribed plan of the user (for t3 subscribers).

26.   The subscriber can log into the t3 application from one device at a given point in time (for t3 subscribers).

27.   The t3 application is compatible to the available and/or reasonably known devices and ABP shall not be liable under any circumstances if the device of the subscriber is incompatible to the said t3 application (for t3 subscribers).

29.   We evaluate this Terms & Conditions periodically in light of changing business practices, technology and legal requirements. As a result, it is updated from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on this page. 

30.   These Terms & Conditions must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which are available in this website.
